Outstanding job on both my flooring, kitchen and bath renovation! Trina and Mike, the Project Managers, were completely on top of every detail and communicated updates and progress reports scrupulously. All of the Baytile employees who worked on this challenging project displayed superior workmanship and complete respect for the property. Several residents of the condo commented on how professional, clean, and polite they were and everyone who has seen the results has been blown away!
Bay Tile installed our wood-look tile recently. It was a great experience from the start. Great showroom offers latest styles and many options of modern flooring. Jeanette and Jay are very helpful and knowledgeable. Crew led by Mike did awesome job with installation. They worked with few breaks, checking each board for flaws. They also installed new molding and the installers did beautiful work on our stairs.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our living and dining rooms and we were referred to Bay Tile by my sister who had used them. From the minute we walked into their showroom it was obvious this was a professional operation. We picked our tile and set a date. They were able to start the project two weeks early. Aaron and Derek showed up on time and got right to work. They moved all the furniture and the carpet and started laying tile. They cleaned up each day. The tile came out great. The grout lines are perfect. It only took three and a half days.
We will be using them again to tile our bedroom next.
Great experience all around. Extremely professional from start to finish. The installers were great . Very attentive to detail making sure I was happy during the whole installation. Kenny and Leo were my installers and i highly recommenced them. Not used to this kind of service not the norm in 2019 …So yeah 5 stars great team great work super happy.
Today I had a plumber installing a new kitchen faucet and disposal. You never want to hear, “we have a problem” but I hoped it was only minor. The single hole in the counter top was too small for the new faucet. Being new to the area, I wasn’t sure who to call, but have often seen Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath trucks working in the area. George answered the call and said he could help. Within 30 minutes his technician Leo arrived and solved my problem and the plumber is coming back this afternoon. This type of customer service is off the charts. I’m planning a bathroom renovation for later this year, so Bay Tile & Kitchen will be at the top of my list. Thank you George and Leo and I look forward to working with you again.
We would highly recommend Bay tile kitchen and bath! We had flooring,ceiling and a major kitchen remodel done, that just was completed!
We love our new kitchen! And the flooring really completes the space !
