Today I had a plumber installing a new kitchen faucet and disposal. You never want to hear, “we have a problem” but I hoped it was only minor. The single hole in the counter top was too small for the new faucet. Being new to the area, I wasn’t sure who to call, but have often seen Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath trucks working in the area. George answered the call and said he could help. Within 30 minutes his technician Leo arrived and solved my problem and the plumber is coming back this afternoon. This type of customer service is off the charts. I’m planning a bathroom renovation for later this year, so Bay Tile & Kitchen will be at the top of my list. Thank you George and Leo and I look forward to working with you again.
